No matter how whacky my question might be at 5:00 PM on a Friday, there’s always someone I know answering the phones over there to help me out.
That’s a breath of fresh air in this world where one would typically have to struggle to understand someone on the other end of the line who would be sitting in a cubicle in some foreign call center halfway around the world. That’s not how they do it at Beal Insurance!
